Cabinet systems delivered for China's space programmes

C-BOX supplied complete electronic cabinet systems to the 16th Research Institute of CETC (Hefei) for its space-electronics programmes, including the "Aerospace BeiDou" satellite navigation system and the Chang'e-5 lunar mission ground systems. Precision, traceability and documentation were held to aerospace-level requirements throughout.

Factory tour: laser cutting to finished chassis

C-BOX Hefei Plant accredited as a High-Tech Enterprise

C-BOX Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (Hefei Plant) received the provincial High-Tech Enterprise accreditation (Certificate No. GR202343003343), in addition to the ISO 9001 certification held at both plants. All certificate scans are published on the Company page.

Full third-party type-test reports now published

We have published complete scans of third-party type-test reports covering EMC, electromagnetic shielding, salt spray, connection resistance and vibration (IEC 61373) — verifiable with the issuing laboratories. See the Type-Test Reports section.

New cabinet plant building now in operation at Hefei

The newest production building at our Hefei (Changfeng) campus is completed and running — expanding cabinet and enclosure capacity on the 23,000 m² site. Exterior views at day, dusk and night are in the facilities gallery. Current group capacity: 8,000 functional chassis, 200,000 standard chassis and 5,000 EMC profile cabinets per year.

Subrack assembly line — real-time clip

Front panels, guides and fasteners going onto 19″ subracks at our assembly benches — torque-controlled tooling, foam-lined trays and per-unit checks. More clips from both plants on the Company page.

New large-scale equipment moved into our Anhui plant

Delivery of a new large-format machine into our Anhui (Hefei) plant — unloaded and positioned on the shop floor, part of our ongoing investment in production capacity and processing capability for large cabinet systems. Clips of the line running are on the Company page.
